After 22 months' harding working, the company achieved important recognition with ATEX Certification (from the French ATmospheres EXplosibles), which regulates the use of various products and components in 'potentially explosive atmospheres',The first ATEX Directive (94/9/CE) covers electrical and non-electrical materials for potentially explosive atmospheres and aims to bring together the various laws in the EU member states for safety appliances and systems required in these risk zones. The second ATEX Directive (99/92/CE) prescribes the minimum protection requirements for the health and safety of workers exposed to the risk of explosive atmospheres. The main differences between the ATEX Directive (94/9/CE) and previous ones lie in the fact that all possible sources of ignition are now considered, including the non-electrical type (e.g. mechanical shock and overheating) and the directive applies to all products, including non-electrical ones, used in a potentially explosive atmosphere.
Dynameters ATEX approval products that comply with the ATEX Directive belong to the family of Ultrasonic Flowmeter include Clamp-on(DMTFB), Insertion(DMTFC), Flanged(DMTFF).
